May House Project Notes Attaching House to block wall The house is actually attached with a final layer of blocks above the poured concrete beam. Here the blocks are being installed. Insulation Layer The foundation is composed of several layers. After the block course there is a section of styrofoam insulation. Here is the insulation layer and second blcok course going in. Here is what the foundation looks like ready for the final stone work. Cider Shed Demolition The old apple cider shed on the west side had to be demolished.
