June House Project Notes New Window Framing A big job is to replace and reframe all the windows. The single pane glass is being replaced by modern double paned energy efficient windows. We are raising them to allow us to fit desks under the window sill in the computer room area. Here the east section is done. The larger hole on the left will be where the fireplace goes. Here Bill is starting to frame them up. Electrical Box The new electrical box looks pretty empty right now but you can be sure it will fill up when all the work is completed. Taking A Break Here is the house just before Cherry days, Paonia's big July 4th holiday. Everyone goes to the park, watches the parade and takes a nice mid-summer break.
